In an era where broad distinctions between individual and community, between producer and consumer, between private and public are further blurred, artists, curators and audience assume new roles and relationships. The evening’s conversation between curator, Steve Dietz and creative project director, Amanda McDonald Crowley explores the transformation of exhibition practices, the potential of collaborative laboratories, the promise of network communities and the redefinition of the cultural center.

Amanda McDonald Crowley: Executive Director of Eyebeam art and technology center in New York City, a cultural worker, curator and facilitator who specializes in creating new media and contemporary art events.
